By accessing or using Mato Prop AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Mato Prop AI and provides real estate CRM, WhatsApp automation, and property listing services to licensed real estate brokers and agencies in India.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or authorized representative of a brokerage firm) to create a Broker account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
The Platform offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@doktral.com and we will review and resolve your case.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings; (c) harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to clients through the WhatsApp automation features; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Platform; (e) impersonate another broker or entity; (f) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including RERA guidelines.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data (broker profiles, client leads, WhatsApp messages) in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Property listing data and client lead data entered by you remain your property; however, you grant us a license to display, transmit, and process this data as necessary to provide the services.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Mato Prop AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after 30 days.
